When you book a session, buy a package or join our mailing list, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and payment information. Bookings and payments are handled by WellnessLiving, our scheduling and payment provider, and the information you enter into a booking or store form on this site goes to them.

We also see basic, non-identifying information about how this website is used — which pages are viewed and roughly how long for — so we can tell what is useful and what is not.

To schedule and confirm your sessions, take payment, answer your questions, and — only if you have asked for it — send you occasional notes about what is coming up at the centre. You can unsubscribe from those at any time, and we will not keep emailing you after you do.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business — principally WellnessLiving for scheduling and payments — and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

If you tell us about a health condition, you are doing so voluntarily and we treat it as confidential. Gulf Coast Energy Spa is not a medical provider, does not create medical records, and does not diagnose or treat. Please keep your own doctors informed about anything that matters to your care.

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to count page views. It does not run advertising trackers.
